KSMO – A Brief Explanation
For those who don’t know, KSMO is a practice that engages the autonomic nervous system, re-wiring/triggering the orgasmic response in a different way than most of us learn (masturbating in shame in the dark — hurried jerks to a less than stellar, very localized release of genital tension).
You don’t even have to touch your genitals for the arousal to grow or to achieve multiple orgasms. Some men find this helps them to experience arousal and orgasm differently with prolonged arousal before sex and even NOT ejaculating during sex.
Why is this a good thing? It takes a woman a good 15 to 30 minutes to warm up for the vagina to be in full YES! mode, but studies consistently show that men’s average duration from penetration to ejaculatory orgasm is about 2 minutes. No wonder so many women don’t orgasm during penetrative sex!
KSMO is not a quick-fix. You can have amazing results in a short period of time, especially if you have prior experience in yoga, Tantra, Tao, etc. But that will even out as your body rewires on a much, much deeper level. Then you’ll have another burst of progress, and so on and so forth. In fact, this blog has documented my progress specifically through my Daily Orgasm Journal.
If you’re looking into a practice to help re-wire your body for multiple orgasms, I can definitely recommend KSMO! And if you’re ever in the KSMO Forum, you can find me — my screen name is Lava.
