Review: Immortal Jade Glass G-Spot Dildo 10-Inch

The newest addition to my collection of toys is the Immortal Jade Glass G-Spot Dildo 10-Inch. While I really like the glass prostate toy I already have, the Jade caught my eye and has now won my heart… or at least, my prostate’s undying devotion.

My main problem with most toys (of any material) is the lack of a handle.  Knowing my vagina will lengthen to about 5 inches at the absolute most, I thought the Jade would give me plenty of length to hold on to for ease of use.

Choosing to get the Jade was based on several factors.  The toy is curved, so it would definitely stimulate my She Spot (what I call the G-Spot) as well as the rest of my female prostate.  The end is bulbous so it covers more surface area than a fingertip but is still smaller than a penis head.  The glass is super easy to clean and keep hygienic, and the Jade is also suitable for anal play.  One major reason for getting the Jade is to finally achieve full female ejaculation.

The Jade is slightly heavier than I’d thought it would be, but using it does not wear out my wrist or my shoulder.  Due to the curve, holding the toy at a specific angle is not necessary — it reaches the prostate on its own.  The Jade is only 1.5 inches at its widest point — the bulbous balls at the end of the “shaft.”  I couldn’t get the fist “ball” inside me, but feeling it at the opening of my vagina felt great.

The shaft has perpendicular glass ridges that seemed to stimulate my perineal sponge while the tip worked my prostate.  Nothing can replace the feeling of being filled by a penis (or my new penis toy), but the Jade seems to hit several spots simultaneously.

The three times I’ve used the Jade have been deliciously wonderful experiences which I’ll write up soon in a DailyOJ post.  I can say that the orgasms seemed to keep going, and the sounds I made were… unique.  When the orgasms began, I didn’t throw my arms over my head as soon as I usually do, meaning I could keep using the Jade to stimulate more orgasms.  For the after-O’s, I felt a strange “rippling” effect in my prostate that I don’t remember feeling before — ever.  As the full-body orgasmic waves kept hitting all over, microcosmic waves rippled and rippled at my prostate.  While I have not ejaculated in gushing form, I did did produce a lot of fluid during the session that flowed out continuously from the mid-way point onward.

For a prostate toy, the Jade is an excellent choice for many reasons.  Frankly, I can’t think of any other prostate or glass toy I will need for a while.  Perfect for the male prostate or female prostate, vaginal or anal play, the Immortal Jade Glass G-Spot 10-Inch is a great choice for your next toy.

DailyOJ 01-23-13, Part 1: Knees Up, Glass Toy Orgasms

Copyright 2013 by Trish Causey. All Rights Reserved.
Nude Woman Masturbating Solo Self-Love in ChairBack on my own during the days, I have taken to using my glass toy (which I have not yet named :-) ), along with trying a slightly different position for my legs, and getting some great results — probably helped with my breast massage regimen and breath+sound work I’ve borrowed from Tantra and Kundalini practices.

For my orgasm sessions, I begin with just laying back and relaxing, breathing normally, letting my mind let go of the thoughts that are still buzzing across my conscious self. After 10 or 15 minutes — I don’t time it, I move on when I feel ready and mind-full (of nothing!). I start the relaxation breaths, adding in the occasional “Aum.” This lasts for maybe 15 minutes.

I add in sensual massage. Usually, I’m careful not to touch my nipples or I’ll start having energy orgasms immediately. I’ve found that if I start the massage on my clit, it lessens the sensitivity on my nipples (slightly, and only temporarily), but gentle, barely-there caresses of my clit and labia are simply luscious.

I may move to my nipples (more often than not, yes, I do) for some amazing stealth orgasms, or I’ll lightly brush my fingertips across my left hip which triggers jolts of energy up my leg to my left nipple, hardening her immediately. My right hip is not as quick to react and the energy is more subtle, but my right nipple still hardens into a pucker, reaching up to a point.

Many times recently, I have stayed there — just doing the lightest touch of my skin, my nipples, clit, and the inner and outer labia. Barely brushing my fingers over my clit shaft starts full-body orgasms that have my legs coming up, my back arched, and my head back facing the pillows, and I’m left breathless. I can keep these going for a while. These kinds of orgasms are different than “traditional” or manual orgasms in that these don’t take ANY work :-), and they’re like riding clouds of energy, with energy waves hitting my body like water crashing onto the seashore. I’m energized by the orgasms rather than being worn out after my usual blended orgasms (which rock my world but are exhausting).

Pressing my fingertips into my outer labia, I can feel the thick, corded bands of the PC muscles. Barely grazing my outer labia, they feel like velvet, warm and throbbing. My fingertips barely whisper across my inner labia which are still reaching outward at this point — they will lie open soon. This touch can start labia-gasms, and I can feel the texture of the inside of the inner labia change as the bloodflow to the tissue increases.

I’m still new to the direct, purposeful stimulation of my U-spot, the erectile tissue around the urethral opening. This area is usually stimulated without intention during blended/penetrative orgasms, but I am now focusing on the U-spot to help encourage my journey into female ejaculation.

Bringing my knees up to my torso definitely shortens the vagina, and it makes using the glass dildo easier on my wrist due to its curve. This makes for a wonderful stimulation of my prostate. Since the glass toy is narrower and shorter than my purple silicone friend Sparkles, it also feels more like a directional finger than a “toy” or penis substitute. I can definitely feel the tip and side as it rubs across certain spots (yes, the female prostate has more “spots” than just the G-spot/She Spot). Moving the glass toy back and forth, curving up at the side ensures the side of the prostate are stimulated as well — and this feels delicious.

Stimulation of the prostate, and most areas inside the vagina, are not as “pin-point” as stimulating the clit, but the vagus nerve and auxiliary nerves definitely make up for it by creating a feeling of a bubbling, churning cauldron of arousal energy that is ever-building, ever-growing, expanding outward through me and upward into the torso and heart chakra.

I consciously push out when stimulating the prostate directly — contrary to what “popular” opinion says to do with the stupid Kegel exercises (which actually inhibit vaginal orgasm). I LOVE the feelings that overtake me — like I suddenly have to go to the bathroom, like my insides are about to fall out — because I know my prostate is about to hit her stride and bubble over into full-body orgasms. I push out and remind myself to breathe — sometimes I catch myself and realize I’m holding my breath. There is a fetish of choking for some few-second orgasm that is ridiculous and dangerous. Oxygen FEEDS orgasms — breathe, breathe deeply, breathe fully, taking the breath into my belly and down into my pelvis…  Breathing is essential to life and to orgasms… though saying “life” followed by “orgasms” seems redundant….

The double layers of muscles that line the vagina begin to rock and roll, and I manipulate them to keep them strong — so I don’t lose my skill of giving “vaginal blowjobs” (moving the vaginal walls in such a way as to give the penis the feeling of being sucked very powerfully).

Anatomy: Male Prostate ~ the Male G-Spot

Male Prostate ~ from Wikipedia commons

Male Prostate ~ from Wikipedia commons

The male prostate is a gland about the size of a walnut located in the male anus.

The prostate creates prostatic fluid that mixes with sperm from the testicles to form ejaculate.  Once aroused, the male prostate has a texture like that of a walnut, similar to how the female prostate takes on a ridged feeling when aroused.  Moving your finger back and forth (i.e., wagging your finger, or like a windshield wiper), you should feel the two lobes of the prostate — the gland is bisected by the urethra running through the middle of the prostate, just as the urethra runs through the middle of the prostate in women.

The prostate can be accessed indirectly, from the outside at the “sweet spot” on the perineum, or directly, inside by using a finger or sex toy in the anus.  Experimenting with your prostate does not make a man gay.  In fact, anal play, prostate massage, and prostate milking can be a very delicious part of a heterosexual couple’s lovemaking, especially in the form of slow sex and sacred sex.

In Tantra, the male prostate is considered the male “Sacred Spot,” just as the “G-spot,” aka the Goddess Spot or Sacred Spot in women is located in the female prostate in the vagina.

Also in Tantra, the male prostate is considered to be the emotional center for a man in regard to his genitals.  More than a few men, who have allowed a partner to do prostate milking on them, claim the prostate orgasm is the strongest, most intense, most emotionally moving orgasm they have ever experienced.

Many men who do prostate massage on a regular basis cannot fathom going back to their old orgasms.  Common testimonials for these men also include the prostate orgasm is a “soulgasm,” and opens their hearts to their partners in ways they could never imagine before.

As with any anal play, safety precautions should always be followed to prevent the transference of fecal bacteria from the anal area to other body areas.

Condoms should be used on any sex toy that is inserted, and fitted latex gloves or finger cots can be used on the fingers to avoid having to wash your hands before fingering yourself elsewhere or fingering/touching your partner, as well as to avoid getting bacteria in a cut on the fingers.

Use lots of lubricant and massage the external anal sphincter completely to warm up and stretch the skin before trying to enter the anus.  Silicone lube seems to work best and last the longest, but it is notoriously difficult to clean up afterward.  Also, silicone lube will degrade the latex of condoms, so use only water-based lubricant or natural, unscented massage oil if using latex condoms.

The prostate can be a delicate gland.  Direct stimulation should be slow and gentle at first to see what kind of pressure you like.  If there is any pain, STOP.  If there is any blood in your ejaculate or urine, see your healthcare professional.

AskTrish: Man with Small Penis Wonders If He Can Fully Satisfy a Woman

Dear trish,

I was born in a Muslim family and had circumcision at an early age, and I think the doctor messed up or something cause I have a really small penis.  The question is — does size actually matter to fully satisfy a woman?  My gal and I have been having sex, enjoying various positions.  She says she is happy and she actually does have an orgasm most times. She also does all she can to pleasure me to the highest during foreplay and even sometimes taking control of the sex.  But, since I’m on the smaller side I want to know does size matter cos my gal hasn’t had any other partners so she doesn’t know the difference.  We are happy together, but this is a matter of curiosity and maybe to help my gal explore something better.

Anonymous, in Mangalore, India

Dear Anonymous,

Penis size is an issue that is debated in the neuroses of men, but not so much for women, in my opinion.  You actually have several issues going on here, but allow me to address circumcision first.

Routine infant male circumcision and any female circumcision is not medically necessary and should be considered sexual assault, especially since the child cannot give informed consent to the procedure.  In males, circumcision can damage the penis head as well as the shaft, not just the foreskin.  So there may be a chance that the length of your penis has been “shortened” due to a botched circumcision that left the skin too tight.  Also, some reports say infant circumcision is responsible for 60% of erectile dysfunction in adult men.  Not to get on my anti-circ soapboax, but there are methods of foreskin restoration that might help loosen the skin of the penis so that your erections might become “fuller.”

You sound young to me, perhaps in your early 20’s, and since your girlfriend has not been with anyone else, I’ll assume she is also in that age range.  The fact that she orgasms at all during penetrative sex means you’re doing something right!  Female orgasm statistics consistently show that 70% of all women have never orgasmed during penetrative sex, with that percentage being lower for women in their 20’s.  The best way to make sure your woman orgasms is to be well-versed in female sexual anatomy.  There’s more to our genitals than just the clit or the G-spot, and so many more kinds of orgasms than just clitoral or vaginal.  (Just as there are more kinds of male orgasm than just penile/ejaculatory.)

Your concern over the size of your penis — when clearly, you’re doing just fine in the bedroom — may be a result of culture and media influence. What porn and media don’t explain is that the average length of the vagina for all women, regardless of height, build, ethnicity, or childbirth, is 3 to 4 inches.  When fully aroused, the vagina can expand in length by 50% and widens at the top, so the maximum length of the vagina is around 6 inches.

As a woman, I can testify that a penis that is too long (9-inches+) can hurt!  So being on the ” short” side (5-inches or less) when fully aroused is not a bad thing.  Remember, the vagina will only be about 6 inches when fully aroused.  You just have to know what positions work best for a smaller penis, such as woman-on-top.  If I had to choose a penis size, I’d go for a fat, thick penis over a long penis any day of the week.  But since penis size isn’t something I consider when choosing a sex partner, I suppose it doesn’t really matter.

Please note, however, that in order for a woman to be truly aroused and ready for sex, she needs at least 20 minutes of “foreplay” so that her own erectile tissues can begin to fill with blood as well.  This 20 to 30 minutes of arousal-play  also allows the woman’s mind to shift from mundane issues to relaxing into a sexual mode.

As for satisfying a woman fully, regardless of penis size, I’m assuming you have fingers, a mouth, a tongue, even a big toe, all of which can be used in the physical side of sexually satisfying a woman.  However, a woman’s most important sexual organ is her mind, that non-physical field that exists in the ether around the physical cranium.  Start with her mind, then engage her body, beginning with her skin, and her breasts (if she likes breast stimulation), and sensual massage.  Allowing the woman to relax into the moment is the most important step to help a woman orgasm.

Since you say she has orgasms “most” of the time, I’m assuming you have an orgasm every  time.  The activist part of me says the sex should not be over unless both  partners have at least one orgasm.  The horny woman part of me wonders why are you even entering her vagina with your penis if you haven’t already eaten her to a few orgasms with your mouth on her genitals?!  Oral sex on the woman is an almost guaranteed orgasm technique — your mouth sucking her clit and labia with a finger or two in the vagina and/or anus drives most women to passionate madness.

***As a shameless plug, I’m in the process of developing my own orgasm training method, so be sure to check back here for updates on when it’s ready.***

Experiment with positions and techniques that you both find interesting and arousing, and just enjoy the discovery of your own bodies and your sexual preferences.  Communication should be the foundation of your relationship anyway.  Keep in mind, that sex is supposed to be enjoyable and fulfilling, not a competition or a race.  Relax, experiment, discover.  If you love the journey, the destination is bound to be wonderful.

DailyOJ 09-04-12: Prostate Stealth O’s, Weird Energy, & Storms

I had felt a weird buzzy energy all day — all week, actually.  The hurricane had not really broken up once it hit land as it was supposed to.  Instead, Isaac is heading south, back toward the Gulf.  We really don’t need this thing to re-form as a hurricane.  But the energy in the air is absolutely electric.  And that part, I love.  I feed off storm energy — odd since storms are more associated with water, and I am a Fire spirit.  But lightning is Nature’s fire, so I am acutely aware of the electricity in the air.

I had just re-started my journey August 8th, gotten some great sessions in, and then Hurricane Isaac forced school closures for a week which tied in with the Labor Day holiday.  But, now I’m back to being alone and able to continue this journey… until the next unforeseeable interruption… Grrrr…

With the energy, I truly felt electric.  I couldn’t sit still.  I just wanted to walk outside, play in the rain, the deluge outside, revel in the energy I had been feeding on for a few weeks.  Yet, this constant rain makes me want to sleep.  I sleep so amazingly well when it’s raining outside; the steady rhythm calms me regardless of the thunder.  This Yin-Yang of energy pulling me toward either extreme at any moment felt like a sexual tension that needed to be rubbed.  So I decided to pursue that.

As I began, I had my delicious stealth and spontaneous orgasms (SASO’s).  I’ve needed to start with the nipple stim to “tone down” the sensitivity in my breasts, just so I can do some sensual massage with the KSMO and OM touch.  I did KSMO for about 4 minutes but my voice started to hurt, so I stopped.  I tried some light OM-touch, but that erupted in more SASO’s, so I stopped trying to do anything that was “practice” and just went for some prostate love instead.

My prostate was very receptive to touch, and my vagina was wet from the nipple and OM orgasms.  I did some absentminded massage/caresses on my inner thigh and up my torso, wherever my hand wanted to go — I wasn’t really thinking about it.  I noted the changes in my prostate as arousal deepened.

I also noticed how much I love the feeling of my breasts.  I don’t have anywhere near a “perfect” body, but I honestly love the feel of my body.  I especially love the feeling of my breasts, their shape and satiny smooth skin.  The underside of the breast has a super concentration of nerve endings, nerves that are connected directly to my clit.  The spinning ceiling fan blew drafts of air across my breasts, and the otherwise smooth areolas puckered up like they’d been dipped in ice water as my nipple tips grew dark pink and strained upward.  I noticed I didn’t feel a zing of energy to my clit.  I figured my prostate was overwhelming the nerve switchboard in my brain, so I just enjoyed the exquisite feel of the sensitive skin of my breasts and my puckered tips.

Feeling all lovey-dovey about my body, I figured I might as well do a hands-on blended set of O’s to get started before moving on to Sparkles for the main attraction.  And yet, several minutes in to it, I wasn’t increasing arousal in the clit area.  My prostate was getting very aroused and wet, but I felt almost nothing as I did circles with my clit.  This went on a few minutes more, and I exclaimed (in my head), “What the hell’s wrong with my clit?!!”

That about put me in an observationist panic.  Not only was I not allowing and receiving the arousal process, but for some reason, I had become attached to the outcome.  Non-attachment was on coffee-break while the Yang energy was rearing its competitive head.  I had worked so hard to become more Yin, to release the go-getter aspect of Yang energy.  And I wrote not too long ago that I was worried my sessions were going so swimmingly, they were becoming mechanical.  Well, obviously NOT!

I was more frustrated with myself for “blaming” my clit for not doing whatever I preconceived she was supposed to do than I was upset that my prostate was aroused and my clit wasn’t.  I let off my clit and moved my right hand to my breast.  I was not “going” for a prostate orgasm — those take forever.  In the old days, a G-spot/vaginal-only orgasm would take a minimum of an hour and sometimes up to 90 minutes to achieve.  Exhausting!  I didn’t have that kind of time, and frankly, I wasn’t looking for that much of a cardio endurance workout.

After just a few strokes inside on my prostate and a couple barely-there touches on my nipple tip, I had a SASO/prostate/She Spot orgasm that hit like a Kundalini orgasm with all the full-body waves of a 90 minute prostate pumping marathon.  It was shockingly powerful and utterly delicious!  My back arched uncontrollably, my legs came up as I would expect with a K-orgasm, but this was deeper and even more full — because of the prostate involvement.

I lay there afterward rather speechless and trying to process all the feelings in my body.  It was incredible.  I felt the after-O’s, my hips were still moving, my abs still contracting, my breathing took a while to return to normal.

Then I disappointed myself by reaching for Sparkles.  The disappointment was that I wasn’t going to use Sparkles in a beautiful moment to see what there was to feel.  I knew ahead of time, this was about my clit, and I had to make sure I wasn’t “broken.”  I stopped using vibration to induce orgasm almost two years ago due to numbness in my clit — that took over 6 months  to begin to feel sensation again.  I was terrified something was wrong — that the start, stop, start, stop of my practice was interfering with my progress so dramatically my clit had had enough and wanted no part of it. (NO!!!)

Long story short, Sparkles worked his magick on my prostate while I found a groove with my clit, and the ensuing orgasms were intense and induced the standard emotion.  However mechanical my process and the resulting orgasms and emotion had seemed to become, they are gold standards now, and anything other than amazing orgasmic highs now sends me into a panic that something’s wrong with me… clearly, I have cobwebs in my mental attic that need addressing. Could use a can of Mindfuzz-B-Gone… if it existed.  No, I’ll have to process this the old-fashioned way.  One orgasmic session at a time.

Aroused and regressing (Grrrrrr…),

DailyOJ 08-29-12: Stormy Weather, Labia-gasms, & Emotion

Outside my bedroom window, I could hear the trees branches hitting the roof, the rain pelting everything, and the wind blowing.  I opened my eyes to see if we had power – we did, and I promptly snuggled down under my sheet. The steady rhythm of stormy weather and a cold, air-conditioned room combine to make a recipe that sends me off into a sensuous half-sleep, drifting over to the Other Side, but still anchored here.

After getting up and checking out the apartment and the balcony, everything looked fine.  Well, for a hurricane, that is.  My outdoor plants are in the middle of my livingroom, my kitchen counters are covered in water bottles and prep supplies.  Thankfully, we didn’t need them.  We were safe and dry.  So I could go back to bed.

In bed, my mind noted the irony that this was the 7th anniversary of Katrina and the 2nd anniversary of my moving out and becoming a single mom.  Moving out was, in effect, the beginning of my journey to reclaiming my identity and my sexuality.  Hard to believe it had been 2 years already.

Since I wasn’t alone in the house, and my neighbors had hunkered down for the storm as well, I didn’t even attempt having orgasms… at first… some just happened — I didn’t mean to… The room was cold.  Sue me.

With the rain outside and my ceiling fan spinning above me, I lay in bed with the sheet off my breasts and legs, just covering my vulva area, to keep her warm and juicy.  I absentmindedly started some sensual massage, and my nipples perked right up.  The areolas puckered so tight I had  to rub on them, and off I went into my SASO’s.  When my nipples calmed down, I did a little OM-touch on my clit, and was off again.  This went on back and forth for over an hour, having SASO’s, taking a break for a few minutes then starting again.

In between sets, I checked my vaginal opening for juices.  Sure enough, yep, there were juices after each set, which, for me, verifies that these are in fact productive orgasms.  Not that anyone would challenge me on this point, but these O’s are so very different from regular stimulated orgasms — amazingly fulfilling, full-body orgasms, but different.

I was very wet, and I couldn’t help but spread the love all over my inner labia and clit, then a little bit further to my outer labia.  My juices were warm and slick, viscous, and smelled wonderful.  Enjoying the feeling of my labia, I gently massaged them with my right hand; my left hand was up behind my head from the last set of O’s.  Before I knew it, I was off again!  Having orgasms from stroking the inside of my right inner labia!!  I have never done this nor have I ever anticipated orgasms from such a seemingly innocuous area.  I kept stroking gently and rolling the lip edge with my fingertips throughout the O’s, until my hand had to go up over my head as well…. Dammit.

A little later, I tried stimulating the U-Spot to help trigger an orgasm there, but I wasn’t feeling it… so I thought…

With the juices flowing and my vagina in YES! mode, I had to slip a couple fingers in.  I smiled because I love the vastly different temperatures between the cold room, my hot skin, and my warm wet vagina.  She truly is awesome.  I stroked my prostate, but just to notice the textures, not to lead anywhere.  My right hand came out as my left hand slipped in.  I know it’s serious when my left hand wants in.  I would more than likely be very busy for the next 10 minutes or so.  And sure enough, with minds of their own, my hands conjured a delicious, complex blended orgasm or series of orgasms that seemed to  last longer than they usually do.  My mind has become so observationist on what is happening in my body, I try to notice every nuance that is happening both inside my vagina — the vaginal walls, the juices, my moving She Spot, the texture of my prostate, the clenching of the inner clitoral bulb, as well as with my outer clit as she begins to hide so close to orgasm.

This blended orgasm was truly wonderful — so much so, I actually made noise, which I don’t normally do with hands-on O’s.  I tend to associate noise-making with the penetrative thrust action and A-Spot reach of my toy.  I kept the orgasms going as long as my hands could function, but even they needed to heed the call of the Great Orgasm God/dess and fly up over my head as my back arched and my legs kicked — also something I don’t normally do with hands-on O’s… the Kundalini responses are usually the realm of the SASO’s. Hmmmm… makes me wonder what’s going on… and why am I not doing hands-on blended O’s anymore?  These are awesome.  Will definitely pencil them in my next session.

Then the unexpected happened.  I felt this welling up of emotion, like I was about to cry.  I was just at the verge of actually crying, felt the tears, the sudden intake of breath, but I was so shocked by the need to cry that I think I stifled it unintentionally.  I lay there for a minute.  I felt the need to cry again, but I was so aware of it, the crying melted away.

I began to focus on my body and the after-O’s happening in my genitals.  My hips were still moving, my legs were beginning to calm down, and I was thoroughly sated.  Better yet, I was happy.  And the room was cold.  My nipples were getting tight again, and all I could think was that it was a great start to another year as a free, whole orgasmic woman.

Aroused and happy,

trish

OpEd: The Face of Orgasm: Is Your Woman Faking Orgasms or Not?

Copyright 2012 by Trish Causey. All Rights Reserved.
It’s been said that every woman fakes orgasms at some point.  Well, I’m here to tell you I never did.  Never.  I never had an orgasm during partnered sex, and I sure wasn’t going to fake it.  I made sure the guy knew I wasn’t seeing god, or cosmic rainbows, or magickal unicorns just because his penis was inside me.  He could deal with his ego later.

Recently, I read a particular, highly recommended book on cunnilingus but had a difficult time finishing it.  The anatomic information was mostly good, but the male  writer’s anecdotes about female  orgasm were peppered with sexist, rude, even misogynist remarks I simply could not overlook.  Having admitted that he was bad at sex and suffered with erectile issues, the author made the egregious comment that screamers and women who throw their heads back are “obvious” orgasm fakers.

I wanted to throw the book across the room, but unfortunately, I was at a restaurant.  (Yes, I read sex books while eating…  lunch.)

Women are complex creatures and are, thusly, capable of complex, varied types of orgasms.  It only makes sense that the body and the face would have different corresponding reactions.  Yes, I said body.  Were you only watching her face?

For a traditional clitoral orgasm, the orgasm is localized to the clit/genital area.  The woman’s torso will most likely crunch forward.  The hips/pelvis will tuck or raise up off the bed.  Her face will similarly be “crunched” into a look she wouldn’t really want to make otherwise: furrowed brow, gritting the teeth, even jutting the jaw forward.  (I could go into my theory on why this is but I would have to bore you with vocal science and the pedagogy of phonation.)

A vaginal/She Spot orgasm tends to be a full-body wave type of orgasm that washes over the body but lacks the explosion of the clitoral orgasm.  The woman’s mouth will be open, the jaw down and back, and she may moan differently because of it.  Her head may tilt backward, and she may even arch her back.  Please note the vagina has numerous spots capable of various kinds of pleasure and responses.

A blended orgasm that stems from both clitoral and vaginal/She Spot simulation is one of the most sought after orgasms because of its full-body wave effect coupled with the clit explosion.  This orgasm can induce both crunching forward and wild hip motions, plus arching backward, head back, and delicious moaning.

Other types of orgasms include nipple O’s, cervical O’s, orgasms of the P-spot, the K-spot, the perineal sponge, urethral/urination orgasms, anal O’s, and anywhere else on the body that she is super sensitive to touch.

Of all the physically-based orgasms, the most intense, for me, personally, is the uterine orgasm.  The uterine orgasm is brought on by stimulation of the cervix and A-Spot, coincidentally stimulating the prostate/She Spot at the same time.  This results in a compulsory doubling over and emotional outburst — a true gut-wrenching thrashing usually accompanied by uncontrollable crying.  Not pretty crying either.  So the face of this orgasm is kind of like a nervous breakdown — a bit unnerving for onlookers but soul-shatteringly amazing to experience.

These signs are for physically-based orgasms that most people can do without much effort.  Use plenty of lube, work the spots, communicate — not very difficult.  However, energy-based orgasms cause the body to twist and contort in ways unimaginable.

Kundalini orgasms are known for inducing a sharp, sudden, involuntary  arching of the back, in both women and men.  While some men consider arching the back to be a “woman’s” type of orgasm, I like to think of this phenomenon as a “human being’s” orgasmic response.  For Kundalini orgasms, the mouth may be wide open, deep moans being heard, while the head is bent so far back, you might think the woman is going into a gymnast’s backbend.  All of this is involuntary.  (And pretty frickin’ incredible!)

So what is the face of a woman who is having real orgasms?   Not something she’d want posted in the church’s Sunday bulletin, that’s for sure.  If the woman can, in any way, be considered to look “pretty,” she’s not having a real orgasm.

If she is crunching forward and her face looks as if she is somewhere between “really pissed off” and “warrior queen about to rip your limbs from your body,” then she’s probably having a real orgasm.  If her head is back, her mouth open, and her brow slightly to fully furrowed, that’s a great sign of a real orgasm as well.  When her arms fly up over her head, don’t be offended!  This doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to hold on to you.  Especially if her hands wind up behind her head, this is a great  sign of a deep, powerful orgasm.  (If you’ve read my DailyOJ, you know I can vouch for this effect.)

Her eyes may be open during clitoral orgasms, but for most other types of orgasms, her eyes will probably be closed.  For myself, I’ve noticed my eyes shoot open at the onset of blended orgasms but then immediately close again through the rest of the climax/multiple orgasms.  For Kundalini orgasms, my eyes are closed, head is all the way back, hands fly up over my head, and my body rocks-and-rolls side to side while my knees come up, then my legs kick out over and over again.  (Just sayin’.)

Other indicators of real orgasm are legs shaking and toes/feet curling inward, energy zings down the legs, rapid breathing, and even female ejaculation.

You decide:  Which one is faking and which one is real?

Along with the facial contortions or the gaping jaw and arching back, her skin will become flush due to increased blood flow, her nipples may be so perky they’re reaching for the ceiling, and her hips (hell, most of her body) will be moving involuntarily.  For energy orgasms, she will probably be rockin’-and-rollin’ side to side with extra contractions and rolling through her abdominals, not just crunching forward or arching backward as during physical orgasms.

If she can speak in complete sentences, or is constantly reassuring your ego, she might be faking for your benefit.  If her words are incoherent and grabbing at you is her only primal form of communication, then you might be on the right track — to helping her orgasm.

More importantly, don’t be so visual.  This isn’t porn.  This is a real, live woman.  You need to feel  her reactions.  When a woman is close to orgasm, especially if any clitoral stimulation has been done, the clitoral bulbs that form a “horseshoe” over and around the vaginal opening expand with blood flow, just as the penis expands with blood flow during arousal.  This feels like a vice-grip clamping down on your penis.

(Side note:  My asshole ex-husband used to tell me he didn’t like the vice-grip feeling because it made him start to lose his erection… so that’s probably why I never orgasmed with him.)

Remember, guys.  You cannot “make” a woman orgasm.  Orgasm begins and ends in the woman’s mind — not just her brain.  Stimulate her mind first and the body will follow suit.  In fact, the face and body will tell you everything if your sexual relationship is rooted in honest communication.

What does your face look like in orgasm?  Send me a picture, and I just might post it!

DailyOJ 05-18-12, Part 2: Double-Dipping, Echoes, & Out-of-Body Heartgasms

* Read Part 1 here. *

So my body was buzzing from the early morning’s activities, and I did my duties for work (theatre writing) and continued plotting my domination of the world via Musical Theatre.  My 12:30 p.m. alarm announced it was time for KSMO practice, and after a few snoozes o’ the alarm, off I went to hit the shower before hitting the bed to enjoy my second helping of orgasmic bliss.

I did my 20-minue KSMO practice, trying to do the single caressing (epic fail, I like constant caressing — go figure!), and still trying to get the vocalization just right.  While having sex (solo or partnered) is not recommended on KSMO practice days, I was just horny.  And the morning’s session had left me wanting the vaginal O part of a blended orgasm.

To stimulate my prostate, I started with the glass wand.  I have had some amazing developments with the prostate stimulation.  Though the clit is known for producing sudden, heated, fireworks, the She Spot (G-Spot) is known to be a slow-burner of arousal — deceptively slow, incredibly deep, full, filling arousal.  For me, the vaginal stimulation now brings this full-body, core arousal much more quickly than it used to.  (So ladies, if you’ve never done prostate stimulation because you’ve heard it takes a long time to get aroused, give it a try on a regular basis.  Your body will probably “calibrate” to this stimulation and start getting aroused more quickly with steady practice!)

Some of the 18 distinct parts of the Clitoris.

With my prostate warmed up, I started the simultaneous clit stim.  Since starting KSMO, I can use a lot less stimulation on my clit.  I may start off with circles, but I usually end up doing long strokes from just above the clitoral hood down to the outer labia.  Nowadays, I’ll often start with some OM clit fingering, and that really gets those clitoral nerves humming. And frankly, my clit was sore from this morning.

I switched to my penisy vibrator (sans vibration) so I could rock out my A-Spot.  Because I’m already extremely aroused, the fullness of the vibrator hits all the “spots” and “zones” in the vagina. And I shudder, a full-body shudder.  (Actually, I think it’s an orgasm, a full-body O as the vibe goes in, but  that’s just my perception of it.)

Public service announcement: Guys, THIS is why you should spend 15 to 30 minutes on “foreplay”!  Once aroused, there isn’t a spot in the vagina that isn’t ready to orgasm with a little extra love.  Doing this will help bring up the horrible statistics that about 70% of women NEVER orgasm during penetrative sex!!!

During the journey to orgasm, I noticed I kept stopping all stimulation.  I have no idea why.  I didn’t plan on this or consciously decide to stop.  It just sort of happened.  My body seemed to know what it wanted and how it wanted it.  I would stop both hands momentarily just to feel the effects of the stimulation.  For some reason, I kept doing this — both hands stimulating, pausing to feel, stimulating  pausing, feeling… over and over and over.  Each time, I moaned,a little higher pitched than usual — I even had the observationist critique of “Gee, I sound cheezy!”  But I didn’t care.  This letting the body take over was new for me, and it was delicious!  Each time while pausing, I could feel sensations bubbling up and expanding not into orgasm (at the moment) but brewing something bigger, thicker, deeper.

The orgasms were incredible, and I had the thought at that moment, that I would hate to see what I looked like during this frantic madness.  No orgies for me!  :P

Normally, the post-orgasm emotion begins 5 to 10 seconds after the orgasms, and even then, the emotion/tears begin softly, quickly building in intensity to full-out crying, then fading. Usually afterward, I wind up laughing at myself because I feel kind of ridiculous over the whole thing.  (Jung might say I’m in ego, but after letting loose, moaning, howling, and crying, I think getting back in ego might be a good thing so I can get on with my day!)

Today, the emotion hit instantly.  In fact, I was barely through the last orgasm when the crying erupted from me, forcibly bringing up emotions from my core.  I know uterine orgasms are emotional, but this was raw and primal.  I felt emotionally pummeled.  I have no idea where it came from.  I can only surmise that the catharsis of writing my breasts article and the subsequent good response touched me or knocked loose something that needed to be — could only be — released through deep, full-body, full-emotion, body/spirit integrated orgasm.

Now, I usually am so relaxed or so exhausted by this point that I doze off into a light sleep.  I’ll doze about 15 minutes, roll over, and doze another 15 minutes.  I’ll then lay there to feel what’s going on in my body — usually, echoes are still going on.  For me, I define echoes as the after-orgasms — possibly a series of orgasms in their own right — that are contractions of the genitals and lower core: vagina, anus, cervix dipping down, clit throbbing, blood pulsating through the inner and outer labia, even my lower abdominals, and definitely my glutes still clenching, etc.  I’ve noticed my hips will continue to rock well after the orgasm spectacular is over.  These echoes/contractions go on for a half hour to an hour.

Today, I fell asleep almost immediately.  I think I was emotionally as well as physically exhausted from the session.  Not to mention the 90-minute session I’d had earlier that morning.  (And people wonder why I won’t work out at a gym?!)  But this was no light snooze.  This was a hard sleep.  In fact, I slept for over an hour.  When I woke up, I looked at the clock and would have jumped out of bed if I’d had the energy.  Which was another strange feeling — normally I feel energized and buzzy at this point.  But not today.  I was tired.  And I had a weird feeling in my chest wall.

I first experienced heartgasms last Fall.  Sometimes, people feel heartgasms as sudden happiness that makes them clutch their hands to their heart, or they feel as if an orgasm has just happened IN the heart area.  My heartgasms were/are similar.  Mostly, I feel a sudden buzzing in my chest wall/rib cage, as if my inner/astral me is trying to burst out of my physical body and go back to the spirit plane.  (If you’re not into astral stuff and don’t know what I’m talking about, I’ll have to explain this in another post.)

What I felt today was a strong tug-of-war between my body and my inner/astral me that was trying to escape, to return to the spirit plane, or at least the Land of Orgasm.  If I were a 60 year-old man, a smoker, or ate fried foods, I might think I was having a heart attack.  Glad it was just an orgasm! :P

This tug-of-war happening at my chest wall/rib cage went on for hours.  It was less intense once I had to go back to pretending I’d worked all day long and did other responsible stuff.  :D  But the sensations were still there.  And in my genitals, I stil had the feeling of the bubbling up, expanding, full, hot, pulsating, buzz, and echoes.

I don’t like this in-between feeling.  I want to definitely be somewhere — definitely here or definitely there.  Though I guess if I’m definitely there, I’d be dead.  Another insight into why the French term for orgasm is “la petite mort” — the little death.  And maybe why we keep returning to arousal and orgasm to experience the Other Side if only briefly.

C’est la vie.

Aroused and somewhere,

DailyOJ 04-25-12 & REVIEW: OM – Getting OneTaste of an Orgasm Meditation

As incredible as it sounds, one slight flex of the index finger can truly change your life.

OM is the clitoris-centric practice brought to the masses by Nicole Daedone, author of Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm.  In her TEDtalk, “Orgasm: The Cure for Hunger in the Western Woman,” Daedone explained how she came to OM-ing and how it changed her.  She says she’s not a New Age “woo-woo” person, but I won’t hold that against her. :)  Daedone is obviously passionate about getting this revolutionary information out to women, and so am I!

Speaking for myself, I find clit-only stimulation and orgasms to be extremely boring — or I did, before OM.  Having discovered my She Spot over a decade ago, I’m rather an aficionado of blended orgasms, stimulating both my She Spot and clit simultaneously to achieve both the full-body waves of the vaginal orgasm and the fireworks’ explosion of heat of the clitoral orgasm.  Since becoming acquainted with my prostate last fall and making peace with my breasts, I have been on a path of rediscovering my body now that I see it as truly mine — not a man’s plaything or a child’s source of nourishment.

I hesitated to even try the OM technique, which only lasts 15 minutes, because it is a couple’s practice, and I’m single.  I tried it the first time and didn’t get much out of it, but that was completely my fault.  After years of blended O’s, stimulating just the clit was weird, made even weirder because the fingering technique is not the hard and fast circles of friggin’ off women are so used to seeing in porn and doing on themselves. The OM touch is a gentle, subtle touch that I didn’t appreciate at first.

Clitoral orgasms are typically localized to the clitoral area, with an explosion that doesn’t leave any lasting orgasmic contractions the way vaginal orgasms do (for me, anyway).  The clitoris is itself much more than just the “rosebud” visible from the outside.  Also, after years of being on the vibration bandwagon thanks to effective marketing that makes women think “assisted” orgasms are better (they’re not), I had absolutely no feeling in my clit at all, unless I used a vibrator.  My clit was dead.  Having thrown my Hitachi Wand in the dumpster a year ago, I had to give my clit time to heal from the nerve damage while I began my new life as a Recovering Vibratoraholic.  It was then I realized that by using a vibrator on my clit and a g-spot vibe inside to orgasm, I hadn’t actually touched my lady’s loins in a damn long time — this was exacerbated by my new life and new stresses as a single mother.  The past year of bodily and orgasmic explorations brought me back in touch with the amazing textures, capabilities, and ever-changing environments of my genitals.  I only WISH I’d known about OM-ing a year ago!

My second go with OM-ing was late at night, when I was in bed and generally feeling very Zen — i.e., lazy but not sleepy.  I was too tired to drag out a toy and expend the energy that would entail, so it seemed to be the perfect time to try OM again.  Thoroughly relaxed — a rarity for me, I allowed myself to have a goalless, non-attachment philosophy toward OM-ing.  OM is simple and unpretentious, similar to how I like my sex.  After all, OM is a technique to make orgasms better, not necessarily to orgasm at that moment — which was good because the thought of a lackluster clitoral orgasm wasn’t appealing. (I was tired, not crazy.)

I set the timer alarm on my phone for the requisite 15 minutes.  As I lay there in the dark, with my nightly meditation CD playing, I began the finger technique on my clit — a very precise technique on an exact part of the clit — and began to have the most amazing sensations.  Heat began to rise up from my clit and circulate like spirals of arousal energy snaking up my body and down my limbs. (You don’t have to subscribe to chakras and chi to get the benefits of this mojo either.)

I could have lived in this energy forever, and knowing I wasn’t trying for an orgasm seemed to take some pressure off, and before I knew it, a huge, full-body orgasm hit.  My back arched, my legs kicked out, and I made my moans that I love so much.  It was incredible.  Actually, it was multiple.  I kept up the precise fingering, and the wave/explosions kept hitting.

It was like having two separate experiences at once: #1: an in-body experience of the orgasms and feelings themselves, and #2: an out-of-body/observer experience that was shocked that I’d just had a full-body O via clit-only stimulation — and not the frantic circle stim either, but the soft, light, unassuming OM flick of the index finger across my long-unappreciated clitoris.

Then the 15-minute alarm sounded.  I have never hated my phone more than at that moment!

The next surprise was the tears.  Since finding my true orgasmic potential, my orgasms are always multiples, and the denouement is always emotional.  The harder the gut-wrenching sobs, the stronger and more numerous the orgasms were.  Crying after a clit-only session was definitely a new one for me!

Since then, my clit has been more responsive to touch and required less stimulation during my other orgasmic pursuits.  I’m still learning about clitoral and vaginal orgasms and how they differ due to the different major nerves that feed feeling to the separate areas.

OM-ing is about discovery, and connection, and awakening.  It is about emotion and relating, and I can only imagine how powerful OM can be with a partner.

The only downside I can see to OM is that men may view it as yet another practice in which they do all the “work” while the woman gets all the “benefits.”  These insecure men probably wouldn’t appreciate the subtle genius of OM anyway.  ***NOTE:  Since the clit and the head of a man’s penis are synonymous, I would theorize that the OM technique could be quite delicious on the man as well, just re-set the 15-minute timer. :) ***

Yes, OM recommends a particular set-up or sacred space called “the nest” to create atmosphere as well as comfort.  It also requires a specific position for both the woman and her partner.  However, I don’t like the idea of the man’s leg laying across the woman’s torso.  For any woman who’s been sexually assaulted, this might bring up previous trauma.

The practice takes 15 minutes.  But once the OM-ing is done, you can both hit the bed (or the diningroom table) and continue with the merry-making.  And for those who are woo-woo-minded, Tantra and other sex practices acknowledge that it takes 15-30 minutes of stimulation to get a women fully aroused and in the multiple orgasm zone.  OM-ing is a great way to spend that 15 minutes.

DailyOJ 01-20-12: G-Spot & Prostate Discussed Further

I got the book, Female Ejaculation, and I really do like it and recommend it to all who are interested in this aquatic phenomenon.  The actual technique, as espoused by the authors Somraj Pokras and Jefree Talltrees, is pretty easy and can be summed up in one paragraph.  But what the authors do very well is emphasize getting the woman ready to be that open emotionally.  Yes, orgasm is emotional!  Especially the different types of orgasms that are vaginal, i.e., prostate, G-Spot / She-Spot, A-Spot, cervical, P-Spot, etc.  Women have to be ready to be emotional and open to being “vulnerable.”  (I know, that kinda sucks.)

They emphasize how a woman’s “spot” moves and changes, not only from decade to decade — where it was when she was 20 may be different from where the spot is when she’s 30, etc., but also that the spot(s) move during sex due to engorged tissues during arousal.

My two main problems with the term G-Spot are thus:

  • The “G” of “G-Spot” stands for Dr. Grafenberg, a male doctor, and I refuse to call this very wonderful, beautiful, sacred part of me after a man.  Hence my term, She Spot.
  • The term “spot” intimates one “dot” of hyper-sensitivity, when it is in fact an entire area, or zone, of incredibly responsive erogenous tissue and glands.

The She Spot can be hard to locate at first, especially if the woman is not aroused.  The prostate may seem to blend in with the rest of the vaginal wall tissue.  However, with arousal, such as copious breast worship, sensual massage, and an exploratory finger or two inside, you can feel the prostate’s texture become more ridged on the front wall just as you enter — that zone where the prostate blends with the vagina.  Within this ridgy texture, you may be able to feel a “spot” that protrudes from there, a little flap of tissue — this is likely the famed “G-Spot.”  This “spot” can also change texture, size, and location with further arousal.  Like the woman herself, you have to pay attention to keep up with her.

Make a V with your fingers and feel the sides of the prostate / She Spot area.  Feel how the texture of the sides of the vagina almost point you toward the top where the cervix and more spots lay in waiting for stimulating touch.  This area, above the cervix, is home to the AFE zone, a.k.a., the A-Spot, as well as the P-Spot.  For some women, one of these spots is the erogenous zone, so don’t think the mighty clitoris is the only orgasm button!  Stimulation on any one spot or via various strokes to hit all the spots simultaneously brings many different sensations, not only in the vaginal area but throughout the entire female body.  Make a mental map of your lady’s love zones for further stimulating combinations.

Some women are uncomfortable being stimulated on the ridgy tissue of the prostate because it makes them feel like they have to urinate.  They get self-conscious and hold back to stem what they think might be a flow of urine, but consequently, they cut off their ability to orgasm.

The Female Prostate used to be called the Skene’s Gland (after yet another penised person).  A few years ago, the Federative International Committee on Anatomical Terminology voted to officially change the name of the gland from Skene’s to the Female

Prostate.  After all, the Male Prostate isn’t called “Bob’s Gland”; it’s just the prostate.  The female prostate is equated with the male’s prostate due to its production of PSA.

The female prostate is unique in that it surrounds the urethra as well as blends into the anterior wall of the vagina.  It is responsible for fluids from the vagina that are opaque or milky in color, as opposed to the other fluids made in the vagina that are clear.  The prostate also is responsible for the clear fluid of female ejaculation that are expelled from the urethra (but are not urine).

And of course, there should never be any pain.  But once the prostate is awakened, it can take some getting used to.  You will feel like you have to go to the bathroom constantly.  So you go in to the bathroom repeatedly within the span of a short time, and urinate the first time, maybe the second time, but then there’s nothing the third time, the fourth, or the fifth time.  Don’t get frustrated!  It’s probably not your bladder.  It’s probably your prostate.  So once, you know your bladder is empty after that second time to the loo, but you again feel that strong urge to urinate, finger yourself instead.  If you like the feelings, then carry on.  And hang on for what might be the best ride of your life!

Since my initial experiences with my awakened prostate and forays into ejaculation, I have had orgasms while urinating (the female prostate wraps around the urethra, remember), and even had my first spontaneous deskgasm.  But that feeling of hot magma pulsating within me has not been as strong since that couple of weeks last Fall.  I don’t know how to phrase it… As a person who believes in reincarnation and that this meat-suit is temporary, if you were to ask me if I’m afraid of dying, I would say, “No..”  But in that moment, feeling that inner lava about to burst forth and make me physically(!) explode into a zillion pieces, I think it did terrify me.  But that still didn’t stop me from going for what turned out to be the biggest orgasm of my life.

And we haven’t even touched on anal play!  Never fear, more journal entries to come!

Aroused and awakened,

REVIEW: Pink Bent Graduate Dildo Wand

My first toy review!

The Don Wands Pink Bent Graduate in Glass is a handy-dandy unassuming piece of glass, and actually, quite a thrill.  Its design is geared toward stimulation of the She Spot/prostate, and it reportedly, induces female ejaculation, so of course, I bought it.

Having given up the vibration addiction a while back (which is something I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!), I’ve been on a journey to re-learn my body’s inner recesses, both the feeling of the tissues themselves as well as the sensations that stimulating my various spots and zones make me feel in turn.

In my quest to revive my prostate that soared to life in November then fizzled over the holidays, I have searched for a new toy that is prostate/G-spot specific rather than another man-in-silicone toy.  This glass type of dildo is supposedly the key to the female ejaculation holy grail.  Time will only tell if this in fact is true (for me).

The first time I used it, I really didn’t give it a chance, but the second time, I absolutely realized this dude’s potential as I described in this post.

Because it’s made of glass, this dildo is great from a hygiene perspective.  It is only 8.5″ in total length, but not all of that goes inside all at once, and it’s only 1.25″ in diameter.

Another great feature of this dildo is actually its double feature — it is double-ended.  For vaginal play, the single bulbous end makes a great handle while the multi-sphered end hits all the spots of the prostate.

For women and men interested in exploring anal play for the first time, the smaller bulbous end would be a great intro to exploring your previously exit-only orifice.  For the more advanced anal aficionado, the larger end — with its differently shaped spheres — might make for an exceptional plug.  (Note:  Any anal play requires lots of lube, patience, and safe-sex practices like condoms — or even finger cots for this toy.  Never use a toy in the vagina that has been in the anus without a thorough cleaning!)

I’m loving this Don Wands Pink Bent Graduate in Glass, and I can’t wait to use it again. If you’re a woman on the quest to find your She Spot/prostate or searching for the female ejaculation jackpot, I heartily recommend getting this glass dildo!

Aroused and pulsating,

Anatomy: Female Ejaculation – The Science

Female ejaculation has long been a source of titillation, as it has been referenced in ancient texts such as the Kama Sutra and even mentioned in the works of Shakespeare.  Indigenous cultures that maintain ties to a matriarchal-based society and spirituality still teach the practice to their young females.  However, in Western society, female ejaculation used to be seen only in fetishist porn (and perhaps, out-of-hand office parties) — or worse, denied completely by the scientific medical community.

Many women have endured the shame of having “wet the bed” during sex or the embarrassment of extra fluid “down there,” with some undergoing the butchery of surgery at the advice of a clueless doctor for presumed urinary incontinence. It sickens me to think that women have endured shame and embarrassment about a natural bodily fluid simply because Western medicine did not take female sexuality seriously enough to give it the same attention, time, and research dollars as male anatomy and male sexual function.

Ancient Taoist texts from 4th century China, ancient Indian sex position manuals, as well as the Western writings of Aristotle and Galen all mention female ejaculation. In the 16th century, Reinjier De Graaf wrote the first “scientific” description of female ejaculation fluid — or “pituitoserous juice” — and was also the first to use the term “female prostate” when referring to the periurethral glands.

The Marquis de Sade described female ejaculate in detail, and even Shakespeare wrote about a woman’s gushing abilities when referencing “the waters of her love.”  For modern science and medicine, it was not until 1952 that the female prostate and its functions were taken seriously, when Dr. Ernst Gräfenberg, for whom the term “G-Spot” was named, published “The role of the urethra in female orgasm.”

In The Story of V: A Natural History of Female Sexuality, Catherine Blackledge details several cultures around the world that encourage female ejaculation, including the Batoro, Mohave Indians, Mangaians, Ponapese, as well as indigenous tribes in South American and even California.  She notes that older women of the Batoro instruct the younger pubescent women the art of “kachapati” — that is, how to spray the wall.

To prove female ejaculation actually existed, scientists have had to determine the chemical composition of the ejaculate fluid — to differentiate it from urine.  They also needed to discover the source of the ejaculate.  But first, they had to find women who can “gush” on demand, who would be willing to undergo clinical tests.

In 2010, Joanna B. Korda, MD, Sue W. Goldstein, BA, and Frank Sommer, MD, set out to demystify female ejaculation and wrote their findings in a paper called “The History of Female Ejaculation” in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, Volume 7, Issue 5, pages 1965–1975, May 2010.

“Although emission of female Yin-Chi essence during orgasm is a philosophical concept, we provide justification that female ejaculation, defined as expulsion of a significant amount of fluid during orgasm, has been known and described in important documents by intellectual leaders of both eastern and western cultures for more than 2,000 years. We demonstrate intellectual concepts about female ejaculaton during orgasm in different cultures from approximately 300 B.C. to 1952 A.D., when Dr. Ernst Gräfenberg wrote an article titled ‘The role of the urethra in female orgasm.’” (J Sex Med 2010;7:1965–1975)

In writing about the Chinese view of Yin/Yang and Chi, Korda et al go on to say:

Women were said to have an inexhaustible supply of Yin essence while men had a limited supply of Yang. Before a man was allowed to ejaculate, he had to prolong sexual intercourse making a woman orgasm several times to acquire her Ching (Yin) essence.

(Three cheers for Chinese wisdom!)

Looking like a bristly tube, the female prostate envelopes the urethra, with some of the ducts draining into the urethra while others conjoin to the vaginal anterior wall, draining fluid (sometimes an opaque milky fluid) into the vagina during direct stimulation.

The female prostate fluid has been analyzed in scientific research settings and found to be comprised of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostate-specific acid phosphatase (PSAP or PAP), and glucose (a sugar).  This recipe is also the basis for male prostatic ejaculate, minus the sperm. Some research suggests that the PAP fluid is always being produced by the female prostate, quite possibly from the onset of puberty.  I would guess this to be at least part of the milky white discharge women routinely find in the crotch of their underwear. While minute amounts of uric acid have been found in prostatic fluid in men and women, neither male nor female ejaculate is urine nor urine-based.

In the 2007 paper published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, entitled “The Female Prostate Revisited: Perineal Ultrasound and Biochemical Studies of Female Ejaculate,” Florian Wimpissinger, MD, FEBU, Karl Stifter, PhD, and Walter Stackl, MD, sought to investigate the nature of female ejaculate fluid as well as determine the anatomy responsible for creating it.  They studied the orgasmic response and fluid produced by two women, ages 44 and 45, “who reported actual ejaculations during orgasm.”

The doctors used “ultrasound imaging, biochemical studies of the ejaculated fluid, and endoscopy of the urethra… to identify a prostate in the female.”  They compared the women’s ejaculate to pre-orgasmic urine, finding both women had higher levels of PSA, PAP, and glucose but lower creatinine levels in the ejaculate than the urine.  Interestingly, the PSA levels were comparable to those of men.  The doctors had established that the fluid released during the women’s orgasms was in fact not urine but a unique substance all its own.

Their results and conclusions:

“On high-definition perineal ultrasound images, a structure was identified consistent with the gland tissue surrounding the entire length of the female urethra. On urethroscopy, one midline opening (duct) was seen just inside the external meatus in the six-o’clock position. Biochemically, the fluid emitted during orgasm showed all the parameters found in prostate plasma in contrast to the values measured in voided urine.”

“Data of the two women presented further underline the concept of the female prostate both as an organ itself and as the source of female ejaculation.”  (J Sex Med 2007;4:1388–1393)

In 2009, female British porn director Anna Span won a monumental victory for the veracity of female ejaculation when she knowingly submitted a film with “gushing” scenes for approval by the British Board of Film Classification.  The BBFC does not allow films showing urination to be granted classification, and based upon (faulty) medical advice, the BBFC had a general ruling against female ejaculation in film, having been told it does not exist and any appearance of fluid being expelled by a female during sex was urine.Span was ready for the confrontation, sending the film’s model to a regulated lab to have her ejaculate tested (it was shown not to be urine), and she wrote a lengthy and detailed letter to the BBFC, providing the juicy details of the film shoot:

“I would also like to add to this that all members of the crew including myself witnessed the ejaculation and knew that the speed, volume, viscosity, smell and sight were all very different from urine. To be honest we were all very shocked by it! Especially Dean who received the ejaculate in his mouth…”

Like men, women do not need to orgasm to ejaculate, and vice versa — we don’t need to ejaculate in order to have an orgasm.  But many women who ejaculate say it does correspond with the onset of orgasm or through repetitive, vigorous stimulation of the prostate gland after the initial orgasm.  Some women find that simultaneous stimulation of the prostate and the A-spot (in the AFE zone) is required to achieve ejaculation.

As noted on The Clitoris website:

“The female prostate will continue to produce fluid for as long as a woman is sexually aroused, and as result a woman could produce more than 0.2 to 2.0 oz of ejaculate if multiple releases of fluid occurs. If the female prostate fills and empties at a rapid rate that would explain the larger volumes of fluid measured by some investigators. It would also mean the longer a woman’s orgasm lasted the more she would ejaculate, as is often the case. If this is all true it is possible for a woman to ejaculate a considerable amount of fluid without it being liquid from the bladder.

So how do you know whether the fluid is urine or female ejaculate? Urine is said to taste salty, and since female ejaculate is comprised of a form of sugar, it should taste sweet.  This sweet component is the reason why ancient texts termed female ejaculation fluid as “sweet nectar of the gods.”

Acknowledging the existence of the Female Prostate was the first step in a centuries-long battle women’s sexuality has fought with the male-dominated Western “science.”  A hundred years ago, Western science thought women were incapable of orgasm while perpetuating misogynist notions that women — “good” women — had no sexual desires or needs.  This blatant denial of the importance of understanding female anatomy and female sexual function directly hindered the progress of women’s rights in society, including our rights to be sexual beings.

I shudder to think of the number of women who have undergone extensive medication usage or even surgery to “fix” a perceived problem of urinary incontinence, when the fluid may have in fact been female ejaculate.

Expelling of ejaculate fluid is a natural and wonderful perk to being female.  And it’s no surprise to me that the doctors and activists leading the charge to verify and legitimize female ejaculation are women.

OpEd: How I Like My Sex… Bare…

In The Jungle Book, Rudyard Kipling’s loveable bear, Baloo, doesn’t want much out of life.  He prefers a simple, uncluttered, unfettered existence.  In the Disney film version, Baloo sings a fanciful tune about “The Bare Necessities.”  This prompted me to write about what I like from a sexual union, a night of ecstasy, and the promise of wanton desires fulfilled.  (With all the hooplah about what people are supposed to do to “create” a romantic evening — what we should wear, what we should say, what techniques we should know, what doo-dads, gizmos, and whizbangs should be at the ready — I simply must offer my two cents.)

In “The Bare Necessities,” Terry Gilkyson’s lyrics go like this:

Look for the bare necessities
The simple bare necessities
Forget about your worries and your strife
I mean the bare necessities
Old mother nature’s recipes
That bring the bare necessities of life.

I want the bare necessities when it comes to sex.  No pretense.  No acting out a scene from a movie.  No bullshit.  Just being a real person with another real person enjoying a real moment together.

What does this mean?

I hate lingerie.  I don’t want rose petals on the bed.  No candles.  I don’t want a steak dinner beforehand.  I don’t drink.  I can’t stand perfume or cologne.  I despise “romantic” music.  I refuse to “talk dirty.”  I won’t play “dress-up.”  I don’t do S&M (or bondage or dominatrix/submissive crap).  I don’t like kink.

Why?

I’m fat. Why kill perfectly innocent flowers?  Can you say “fire hazard?”  Who wants to fuck on a full stomach?  Alcohol tastes gross.  Allergies.  Cheezy city!  Don’t bring your porn fantasies to me.  I do theatre for a living.  Solve your “mommy issues” on your own time.  It’s weird.

Now that that’s all clear… here’s the reason.  I don’t want  my partner focused on all the peripheral “stuff” when he or she should be focused on me.  And likewise, I don’t want to be in a panic trying to get everything ready.  Again, dealing with “set dressing,” lighting, and sound is what we theatre pros call a “tech rehearsal” or a “hang and focus” in the theatre biz. I certainly don’t want to do that when I’m supposed to be getting aroused, anticipating the events to come.

Mainly, I don’t want to feel like I’m putting on an act, pretending to be something I’m not (more theatre).  I want to walk into the room naked, body flaws and all, and that be okay because my partner sees me, the person I am, my heart, my soul, my being, instead of all the ways I don’t meet the American standard of beauty.  My mind should be filled with a million thoughts of how I can touch him — not wishing I could afford lipo.

So here’s the recipe for having sex with me:

  1. Don’t be a moron.  (I’m afraid I must insist on this.)
  2. Be prepared to be naked immediately.  I don’t do bullshit / tease / “foreplay” on the couch.  We’re heading to the bedroom post haste.
  3. The lights will be low and minimal, but definitely enough light to see everything.  And I mean, everything.
  4. Speaking of seeing everything, make sure you shave your balls — and wash your ass crack.
  5. The music will be a meditation CD of my choosing.  Get over it.
  6. The sex starts with talking for an hour or longer…

(Okay, I know I just lost the male audience, but “bare” with me.)… If I haven’t been with you before, how can I know what you like?  Should I assume what you like based on what my last partner liked?  Or the guy before him?  Do you really want me remembering them while I’m with you?  Didn’t think so.  So start gabbing.  Of course, we can touch, silly.  Did you think we would only talk?  If that’s the case, then let’s braid our hair and do our nails!

Why spend so much time on talking and experimental touching?  If you’re familiar with the concept of positive and negative poles of the body, then you’d know a woman’s breasts (in line with her heart chakra) are the positive pole and the true entryway to the vagina (her sex chakra).  For a man, his positive pole is the penis (no pun intended) which is his sex chakra that leads to his awakening in his chest (his heart chakra).  It seems the old adage really is true, the way to a man’s heart is through his penis, and the way to a woman’s vagina is through her heart.

Do I have favorite positions?  Of course.  The Kama Sutra, Tantra, the Tao, and Kundalini teachings are filled with ideas for sexual awakening, soul connection, and heart chakra fulfillment. That doesn’t mean they’ll work with you.  Or vice versa.

A shorter penis works well for women on top, a longer penis is great for side-behind.  A curved penis is great for She Spot stimulation like having one leg over his shoulder (Splitting the Bamboo) position.  Breast worship is a prerequisite to yoni massage or any genital yoga.  Lingam massage and oral ecstasy are two of my specialties.  Then there’s one I named the Reverse Rockingchair.  (Don’t ask what it is.  There’s only one way you’ll ever know what it entails.)

Seriously, though, communication is vital to the partnership, whether it’s for one night or a lifetime.  If all you want is the quick screw, then you’ve definitely come to the wrong place.  I expect this to go for hours, and while I suspect there will be orgasms a-plenty, I’d rather have a connection with another human being than a race to the finish. After all, I don’t need a man for orgasms — I do that amazingly well on my own, thank you very much.

Therein lies the problem.  I don’t need a man.  I want a man.  I don’t need sex.  I want sex.  There is a difference.  I don’t need a man in my life to take out the trash, mow the lawn, change the brakes, or fix the leaky sink.  I can hire tradesmen to handle repairs around the house or on the car.  As a 21st century post-feminism empowered woman, I don’t look to a man to fill “necessary” roles the way 19th century women needed men to be able to accomplish certain tasks for the upkeep of the farm or homestead.

I don’t “perform” in bed (more theatre intrusion).  I don’t want you to have “performance anxiety” either.  I want to sit together, and touch, and kiss, and experiment.  I want to caress, and nibble, and coax, and cherish you.  And I want you to want the same of me, for me, and with me.

I realize that by asking for something so simple and “deconstructed” I’m asking for quite a lot.  I’m asking you to leave your ego at the door, along with your preconceived notions about what I want or how I want it.  I’m asking you to give up your innate goal-oriented competitiveness, the ingrained score-keeper, and the death-grip on your self-worth and masculine identity.  I’m asking you to give up the enculturation of patriarchal propaganda. I’m asking you to just… be.

I know exactly what I want and how I want it.  I can tell you, and I can show you.  All you have to do is pay attention.  Ask questions.  But to do that, you have to focus on me, the real me, and not keep a running tally in your head, comparing me to the other women you’ve been with.  Be here.  Now.  Be in the moment.  Be egoless.  Nothingness.  Non-attachment.  Just feel.  Be.

I like my sex simple — bare — stripped of the illusions put forth by Cosmo sex quizzes and Victoria’s Secret catalogues and the myths perpetuated by porn and skin mags.  Sex should be a spirit connection not just mutual masturbation.  Otherwise the orgasms will only be physical.  And I’m not interested in that.  Make me fly — fly upward above the earth, across the universe, through the veil, and let’s bask in the energy of cosmic orgasm and our union with the cosmos.

That’s not asking too much…

Aroused and baring all,

OpEd: Female Multiple Orgasms… It’s All in the Mind…

Being a multi-orgasmic woman is not easy.

Men are enamored of a woman’s ability to have multiple orgasms (MO).  After all, a boy’s first exposure to sex is usually his father’s skin mag and porn collection, in which women are always strung out on orgasm-induced highs.  Men can have multiple orgasms, too, but that doesn’t lessen the inherent jealousy many men feel towards women and our MO capabilities.

Multiple orgasms and the ease of having them is not the same for every woman.  Some women might be able to access that part of themselves more easily and have MO’s effortlessly — like the chix in porn seem to.  While we all have the “capability” of being multi-orgasmic, not all women know how to become multi-orgasmic — or want to.

I know that might be a bit of a shock to men, but many married women dread sex — they have no interest in it at all.  And why should they?  Studies repeatedly show 66 to 75% of women have never orgasmed during sex.  So why would a woman want more or multiples of what she’s never experienced?

The reliable information on women’s sexuality is still in flux. A hundred years ago, medical science said women were not capable of orgasm, now we’re pressured into being multi-orgasmic — then hated by men when we are multi-orgasmic!  Women can and do have orgasms, many different kinds of orgasms, thanks to self-discovery and self-pleasure of our multitude of spots and erogenous zones.  But women need to have the orgasms for themselves, not for their partner. And yet another reminder — MEN can have MULTIPLE ORGASMS, too!  (Jeez!)

Finding those erogenous spots and becoming intimately acquainted with them can be overwhelming as well.  As soon as a “spot” is located, a competitive goal-oriented aspect takes over and suddenly that spot or zone is the focal point.  Reaching orgasm by stimulating that particular spot becomes a “hell or high water” sporting event.

Also, I know many women who are over feeling like we should live up to men’s expectations of the multiple (faked) orgasms of the Silicone Barbie in XXX films.  Women are told we should talk dirty, wear lingerie, learn to striptease — when the hell have men EVER had to wear something special or learn to dance for US?!

Orgasm is all in the mind for a woman.  Feeling sexy, sexual, sensual all begins in the mind, but for the average woman, her mind is already filled with everything else she has to do as a wife, mother, employee, and household slave.  Feeling pressured to have multiple O’s to satiate the man’s ego creates stress which greatly inhibits the libido.  The average American diet certainly doesn’t help either.  Having orgasms then becomes something else that is for someone else — one more thing women do for other people and not for themselves.

This does not begin to touch on the fantasy world women create in their heads to deal with the mounting stresses of the husband, the kids, the boss, the neighbors, bills, and barely managing an over-scheduled life or reconciling the day-to-day mundanities of living an unfulfilled life.  A woman’s mind is overfilled and overworked.  Sometimes, there just isn’t room for herself or orgasm.

Some of us have had to learn to have multiple orgasms, and even still, we have to “work” for them. Sure, subsequent orgasms are easier after the first one or two, but don’t think we’re all going into cosmic orgasmic superconscious bliss automatically!  Especially in solo sex, where the woman is doing all the stim herself — the hands and shoulders get very tired!  It takes years of training to be able to zip right into the orgasm consciousness flow with little to no stimulation.

Maybe it’s easier to have MO’s during partnered sex because someone else is helping with the arousal energy… (which reminds me, summer’s coming, and I need to hire a pool boy :) )…

For a while I was able to use less stimulation, but I’m trying new things — new toys — new lubes — new techniques,  So I don’t have one set way of doing anything right now.  I will update on my progress as it happens!

Aroused and writhing,

Anatomy: The Female Prostate of Myth and Legend

The female prostate is a complex subject confounded by myth, male-dominated science, and male misconceptions of female anatomy and sexuality.

The female prostate is a gland of tissue that surrounds the women’s urethra, the tube that goes from the bladder to the opening of the body in the groin region so a woman can urinate.

This gland used to be called Skene’s Gland. Much like the myth of Christopher Columbus “discovering” America (the indigenous people already knew this land existed), since the female prostate was not invented or really discovered by “Skene,” the proper name is the female prostate. This is also the gland responsible for the taboo subject of female ejaculation.

A hundred years ago, Western science still maintained that women were incapable of orgasm. In fact, women used to go to their doctor regularly for manual stimulation to “fix” their “hysterium.”  Some women would have their hysterium “removed,” a procedure we still call a hyster-ectomy (removal of the hysterium).

Obviously more important to American society is the male penis. Big Pharma corporation Pfizer spent millions developing Viagra, which has been on the market since 1998. In 2008, Viagra earned $1.934 billion in sales in the U.S. (yes, that’s billion with a “B”). Imagine if TV and magazine ads promoted female ejaculation as readily as they promote Viagra?

Reinier De Graaf was the first to accurately find and describe the female prostate in 1672, noting how the gland produced a “pituitoserous juice.”  Western medicine did not fully accept the “female prostate” as a legitimate body part until 2001, when the Federative Committee on Anatomical Terminology voted to refer to the Skene’s Gland as the “female prostate” from that point forward in their reference book Histology Terminology.

It wasn’t until 2007 that Austrian urologists proclaimed they had indeed found the female prostate using ultrasound imaging. They had imaged two pre-menopausal women, ages 44 and 45, who had reported fluid expulsion during orgasm. Now, here at the beginning of 2012, we are still learning about the female prostate. But like most of the sexual organs, the female and the male have sympathetic sex organs, glands, anatomy, nerves, and purposes.

In the preface to The Hite Report: A Nationwide Study on Female Sexuality, Shere Hite directly addresses why it has taken so long for advances in understanding female sexual anatomy and ergo female sexuality.

“Women have never been asked how they felt about sex. Researchers, looking for statistical “norms”, have asked all the wrong questions for all the wrong reasons — and all too often wound up telling women how they should feel instead of asking how they do feel. Female sexuality has been seen essentially as a response to male sexuality and intercourse. There has rarely been any acknowledgment that female sexuality might have a complex nature of its own which would be more than just the logical counterpart of (what we think of as) male sexuality.”

The female prostate is known to have two primary functions: produce and store prostatic fluid as well as release hormones, such as serotonin.  The female prostate may be influenced by estrogens in the body, just as the male’s prostate is affected by levels of androgens in his body.  The female prostate may also be affected by DHEA, which is a precursor to hormones such as estrogen and androgen.  The suggestion has also been made that female ejaculate has an anti-microbial function for the urethra, protecting the woman from urinary tract infections.  This close proximity of the prostate and the urethra helps explain why urinating can feel very pleasant or even orgasmic.

The female prostate blends with the anterior wall of the vagina and can be felt with the fingers. While no two women are the same, for many women the prostate is readily noticeable by its ridgy texture — think of corduroy fabric.

The female prostate that is inside of the vagina is also home to the Goddess-Spot (G-Spot, a.k.a. Grafenberg Spot). But the G-Spot is only one little spot, sometimes just a little flap of tissue, whereas the prostate is a larger area of vaginal real estate. Direct stimulation can make the ridges even more pronounced, so if you don’t notice the prostate or the G-Spot at first, they may be noticeable after some stimulation — another great reason for foreplay!

As with any play that happens within the vagina, use clean hands, clean toys, and never use scented oils, lube, or lotions inside the vagina.

REVIEW: Aloe Cadabra – 100% Natural Edible Lubricant

Aloe Cadabra is an all-natural lubricant, made with 95% organic aloe vera and 5% other stuff that is safe and also edible. After having numerous problems with two different K-Y products, I surfed the net for lubricants that would meet my standards, and this one has.

PROS:

  • The product itself is a healthy and safe product, not only for the exterior of the body but pH balanced for the interior of the vagina (a unique ecosystem that must maintain an acidic pH around 3.8 to 4.5).
  • It is edible… though that is not something I would need to know, others might.
  • It is a thick gel so it will stay where it is put till you can put the cap on and get back to your genital yoga.
  • It comes in 3 flavors – Natural Aloe, Tahitian Vanilla, and Lavender.
  • The product has a nice hand feel to it. It is not greasy, slimy, or messy.
  • It doesn’t take much. I use a 2-3 dots of the lube on my toy before insertion. (I don’t use any lube for hands only play, just for insertibles.) More than that feels like I’ve used too much and lose contact with my skin and texture inside.
  • This lube is safe for condoms, which is an important factor in safe-sex practices.
  • The company seems like a small but well-run operation. The product shipped very quickly. And the shipping was free (to a USA address)…. However, you CAN buy it via Amazon, but only in multi-packs. I didn’t want to invest in several bottles until I knew if I liked it, so I bought 1 tube directly from the company for $9.95 USD and free shipping.
  • And they gave me a special offer, that as a new customer, if I buy two (any flavor), I get one free (any flavor). So this would cost $19.90 whereas their regular 3-pack costs $29.95.

CONS:

  • The product itself is on the small side – only 2.5 ounces… though, the PRO side to this is that it fits comfortably in smaller hands.
  • Scented products should NEVER be used INSIDE the vagina (oils, lubes, tampons, etc.), so buying flavors other than the Natural Aloe would be a waste of money (unless you can be sure you won’t get any flavored product in the vagina, or you will use it anally).
  • Because it is a natural product and not greasy or slimy, you may need to re-apply during your play session. Each time I’ve used it, I have reapplied once during a session. But because the product is thick, I can leave the top off the first time I use it for faster reapplication on the 2nd without ruining the “mood.”

I really do like the product and will keep buying Aloe Cadabra’s Natural Aloe.

Anatomy: A-Spot, G-Spot, K-Spot, P-Spot, & U-Spot!

nude-woman-artistic-female-formA-Spot – ak.a., AFE – the Anterior Fornix, a.k.a., the Anterior Fornix Erogenous zone; a zone on the anterior of the vaginal wall near the cervix. Can be stimulated by fingers or penis/toy from a facing each other/missionary position. Stimulating this area may also activate the bladder (so be sure to go to the bathroom first!). The A-Spot/AFE has also been called the “female degenerated prostate.” The A-Spot is also said to increase lubrication if stimulated 5-10 minutes/day for a week (for women who have dryness).

G-Spot – Goddess spot (formerly named after a penised-person, but we women of the world prefer Goddess Spot), and I use the term “She Spot”. The G-Spot lives within or on the top edge of the female prostate (noted by its rippled, ridgy texture) about an inch or so inside the vagina, on the anterior wall.  *** NOTE: EVERY WOMAN IS DIFFERENT! ***

K-Spot“Kundalini” spot; the sensitive spot just above the anus but below where the top part of the cheeks separate to go around the anus. Can require deep pressure for full effect (similar to perineum stimulation on men). The easiest way to reach the K-Spot is when facing each other and reaching a hand around, between your partner’s cheeks and using a (middle?) finger to” hook” onto the area just below the cleft of the tush cheeks, above the anus. Works on both men and women (bonus!).

P-Spot – The Posterior Fornix, a.k.a Posterior Fornix Erogenous Zone, is a spot complimentary with the A-Spot, near the cervix on the posterior wall, most usually stimulated directly with fingers or penis/toy while in rear entry position.

*** NOTE:  It has become increasingly popular amongst men to use the phrase “P-Spot” to refer to the Perineum or even the Prostate (which is located in the anus of the man).  We’ll let them call their boy bits what they want.  But on the female, the P-Spot is inside the vagina, posterior, at the top.

U-Spot – the highly sensitive erectile tissue just above the urethra, between the clit and the urethra, and even surrounding the urethral opening. Can be stroked or tapped to increase arousal (with the female’s permission).

And before you men start fretting over all these “spots” you never had to worry about before feminism, just remember the average vagina is only 3 to 4 inches long … so you can probably find them all with a little effort.
